Create your business structure in the system:

Section "Places" → "Create Place"
Specify type: Sales Point / Warehouse

Location examples:

👥 Adding Staff

Set up access for your team:

Section "Staff" → "Add Employee"
Fill in: Name, Email, Password, Role, Location assignment

Roles in the system:

👑 Administrator - full access
👨‍💼 Employee - limited access

🥬 Creating Ingredients Database

Add all used ingredients:

Section "Ingredients" → "Add Ingredient"
Specify: Name, Unit of measurement, Cost price

Starter set of ingredients:

☕ Arabica coffee - 1000 g - $15.00
🥛 Milk - 1000 ml - $0.80
🍯 Vanilla syrup - 1000 ml - $4.00
🥤 Cup 400 ml - 1 pcs - $0.15

Organize menu by categories:

💡 The system automatically calculates cost price!

📦 Initial Warehouse Stock

Enter starting ingredient supplies:

Section "Warehouse" → "Add Items"
Specify quantity for each ingredient

Example initial stock:

☕ Arabica coffee: 5000 g
🥛 Milk: 20000 ml
🍯 Syrups: 5000 ml
🥤 Cups: 500 pcs

💰 Starting Sales Work

The system is ready to work! During sales automatically:

📉 Ingredients are written off
📊 Stock is updated

💰 Revenue is calculated
